Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2021, William Bruns had spent his first couple years in the real estate profession in College Station, TX. He and his wife, Kaci, along with their two dogs made the move to Lufkin in the summer of 2023. Kaci is a Lufkinite by nature of growing up here, and William is determined to gain that title by becoming a constant member of the community and groups that make Lufkin and the surrounding areas so wonderful. He is excited to call GANN MEDFORD Real Estate his broker and real estate family.

William grew up in the small central Texas town of Flatonia. While attending college at Texas A&M in College Station he was part of the Texas A&M Baseball program and went on to achieve his Bachelors in Kinesiology. The plan was to become a coach/teacher, which he did for 3 years as a PE teacher and football/baseball coach, but COVID lockdowns presented real estate as an opportunity. He now has 3+ years of experience in property management along with being a REALTOR®.

The opportunity that real estate brings as an investment is an aspect that William strives to help his clients understand and value. His joy in the career comes from helping people find the place that they will call home or one that will carry out their purpose for their next step of life.
